When will my order ship?

Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. We are always striving to get your orders sent out as quickly as possible!

When will I get a proof of my custom sign order?

Proofs are sent on Mondays. You will receive a proof in your email the following Monday after your purchase.

Can I make a change to my order?

Once the order is placed we cannot add or remove items. If you need to add an item, please place a separate order.

Do you use paint or vinyl on your signs?

We do not leave any vinyl on our signs! All designs are painted on using many coats of paint to ensure good coverage.

My order was damaged in the mail - What do I do?

Please email customersupport@ohwonderfulwood.com with photos of the damaged item, the damaged packaging, and your order number. We will either issue a refund or resend the item depending on your choice.

Can I cancel/refund my order?

We ask that cancellations be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
